Country Music is in my blood , I was born Country. Country Music has come along way , from the Traditional Old Country to the New Country Music of today. There is always a song in Country that touches someone or some relationship . It touches your heart , mind and how you feel . Alot of comfort to the Soul !

I've tried to enter your contest, but it won't let me. It says my email address is not valid when it is.  I'm very disappointed.

I love country music. It's what got me thru my many cancer surgeries. Never had a honeymoon in 44 years of marriage and my husband has a terminal brain disease. We love to go to place I love.

I certainly need a trip if only for a few days. Country music, I can relate to many of the songs with in my life startin with Conway Twitty's "Linda On my Mind." How I loved that song until I realized my husband had Linda on his mine too. Wasn't me, she was 12 years younger, took my husband , my identity for 6 years. Things work out, Juke Box on His Mind was another girl, Regina, his Red head stranger. Yeah, I relate to many of the country songs , some happy memories, some hear breakers. The last 3 years I've been on a a Run Away Train. My brother passed away Setember 24m 2013, in less than 3 years as of July 27, 2016, an additional 8 family members have joined my brother in heaven. Sure would be nice to have a break from the runaway roller coaster, relax and enjoy some Down Home Country Music.

I've grown up with country music from the old style to today's Carrie Underwood and so many others.

It would be a treasure to go to Nashville where the heart of country music began. Lest we not forget the Smokey Mountains, the Blue Ridge Mountains, Tennessee, Alabama, and who could leave Texas, Oklahoma and forgive me as I know I have left many critical places and entertainers out. Its not just singers but the countless numbers of dedicated entertainers in the background (ie) background singers, musicians and the gospel core of our nation that kept the Lord in our hearts through gospel renditions usually straight out of a southern hymnal.Thank you for this opportunity as it world be an honor to hear first hand what our great Nation is built on. God Bless
