ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin 18 years of age and older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: Forty-One prizes are available to be awarded, one for each Chicago Blackhawks® home game played at the United Center between October 5, 2017 and April 6, 2018.

Thirty-three First Prizes will consist of: (a) two 100 level tickets to a Chicago Blackhawks home game (seat location and game date at Chicago Blackhawks sole discretion), for the winner and the nominated child, (b) one parking pass, and the opportunity to nominate a child, age 8-16 years of age, to be the Blackhawks® Honorary Captain for that home game. The child nominated by the winner will also receive: one replica game jersey, the opportunity to sit on the Chicago Blackhawks bench during pre-game warm-ups, and his/her name and photo on the scoreboard during the game.

The approximate retail value of each First Prize is $1,645.
