ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen years of age or older at time of entry. Void in US territories and possessions located outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize of $30,000 cash awarded in the form of a check.

FIRST PRIZES: Ten First Prizes [five for each Entry Period] of $3,000 cash awarded in the form of a check. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in each Entry Period is $15,000. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is $30,000.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Three thousand (3,000) Instant Win Prizes (1,500 for each Entry Period), of a $10 AutoZone gift card will be awarded. The total value of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in each Entry Period is $15,000.
