ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one years or older.

GRAND PRIZE: the Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to attend the 2023 SummerSlam event scheduled to take place in Detroit, Michigan on August 5, 2023. Trip consists of:

• roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to a Detroit, Michigan area airport
• two nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) from August 4 – August 6, 2023 in the Detroit, Michigan area
• ground transportation to/from destination airport and hotel
• ground transportation to/from hotel and 2023 SummerSlam event
• two tickets to attend the SummerSlam event on August 5, 2023
• one $500 prepaid gift card
• one smartphone (Samsung, LG or Apple; to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
• twelve months of Cricket Wireless service with its Unlimited Extra Plan

If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Detroit, Michigan, then ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $7,500.00.

One Grand Prize winner will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing on or about July 3, 2023 from all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
