October is National Farm to School Month, an annual celebration of food education, school gardens and lunch trays filled with healthy, local ingredients.

Ten winners will receive a prize package including Assets from the Captain Planet Foundation Project Learning Garden, Stand2Learn student standing desk and more.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal USA residents residing in any of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Nebraska, Delaware and Alabama, 21 in Mississippi) and have a unique, personal and valid social security/identification number at the time of entry.
TEN WINNERS: The PRIZE includes: one Captain Planet Foundation Project Learning Garden™ lesson kit, valued at approximately $1,000. To receive the Captain Planet Foundation Project Learning Garden™ lesson kit PRIZE, winners must identify a qualifying school site to implement the lesson kit. Criteria for a school site to receive a Project Learning Garden™ lesson kit are:
Public or charter school serving prekindergarten – 8th grades. Includes early care and education sites not affiliated with a K-12 district
Site already has a garden
Administrative support for garden-based learning
