ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least thirteen years old and are legal residents of one of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia), except that the Promotion is void and not available to residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the USA Virgin Islands, and other USA territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: ONE GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting of: a trip for the winner of the Grand Prize and up to one guest which includes only the following:

TICKETS: 2 tickets to iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball 2019 in New York City, held on December 13, 2019.

ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE: Roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Prize Winner, as defined herein, and up to one guest from a United States gateway airport closest to the Prize Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York.

HOTEL: Two nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at the hotel of the Sponsor's choice in New York City, New York. If winner of the Grand Prize, meaning the Nominated Individual in the potentially winning entry, is under the age of twenty-five, a parent or legal guardian of the winner of the Grand Prize of at least twenty-five years of age must accept the Grand Prize on the Prize Winner's behalf and must be an accompanying guest on Prize Winner's trip. Should the Prize Winner elect to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than one guest or no guest, the portions of the Prize otherwise available if Prize Winner had included additional guests shall go unawarded, shall be forfeited and no alternative prize or compensation of any kind shall be awarded for such unawarded and forfeited prize elements and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value : $3,500.00.

On or about November 25, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. CT, three employees of Sponsor shall select the one potentially winning entry from all valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period, said selection to be based upon the following criteria: Specificity of submission (60%), Nominated Individual's attributes as described in submission (40%).
