ELIGIBILITY: Open to permanent lawful residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia at least 18 years of age.

GRAND PRIZE: One grand-prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize in the form of a check payable to the tween's parent or legal guardian to be used toward the tween's passion or creative pursuit (ARV: $10,000 USD).

TWENTY WINNERS: Twenty winner runners-up will receive $2,000 each in the form of a check payable to the tweens parents or legal guardians to be used toward the tweens' passions or creative pursuits (ARV: $2,000 each).
