ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically located in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Solano, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Sonoma in the state of California (collectively, the "KNTV Terrestrial Geographic Viewing Area") and who are eighteen years of age or older and of the age of majority as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE: Trip will include: round-trip, coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest on Alaska Airlines and/or Sky West Airlines (to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) from San Jose (SJC) or Oakland (OAK) airport to Kahului, Maui (OGG) in Hawaii; four night hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest at the Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel in a Run of Ocean Room ; daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at Hotel for four days; and, one compact rental vehicle (make and model to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) for Winner and Guest for five days (driver must be twenty-five years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company)) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, child seats, GPS, etc.). Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. Guest must be twenty one years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION.

Estimated Retail Value of Prize is three thousand two hundred twenty-eight dollars ($3,228).
