ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, have a valid Instagram account and/or an email address, are parents or legal guardians of a child (or children) who is (are) between one day old and forty-eight months old on the date of entry and have not been charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, or other crime of moral turpitude.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive one $25,000.00 USD cash award. In addition, the winner will serve as the 2022 Gerber Spokesbaby and have an honorary role on Gerber's Executive Committee as Chief Growing Officer for up to one year. The winner will have the opportunity to:

• serve as official Chief Taste Tester to taste and review new baby food products to help inform future innovations to foster nutritious product growth and highlight product quality
• support the next generation of children and the world they inherit through Gerber's larger brand act. As part of this role, the winner will be required to participate in up to five media interviews inclusive of live reveal moment on national broadcast program, participate in content creation for up to five social media posts on Gerber channels, participate in up to three live and/or virtual appearances for content creation to be used for media and social use, and grant Sponsor the rights to use baby's name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this campaign.
• provided in the form of a check which can (but is not required to) be used toward Grand Prize Winner's child(ren)'s education and will be named a Gerber Spokesbaby.

Total Value of all Prizes available to be won: $25,000.00.

JUDGING: After the Entry Period, a diverse panel of judges selected by Sponsor will evaluate all

eligible Entries based on the following criteria:

• visual appeal of the child in the Entry
• expressiveness of child in Entry
• consistency with Gerber's heritage and its Anything For Baby mission

The entrant with the highest score will be deemed a potential winner and be contacted by e-mail. The odds of winning depend on the performance of each entrant.
