ELIGIBILITY: Open to persons who, at the time of entry: are permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the USA and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other USA territories and possessions) and who are currently physically located therein; are twenty-one years of age or older; and have successfully registered for an account at http://MillionaireTV.dadt.com. There is no fee to register for an account at the Website. Entrants must have a valid Social Security number.

GRAND PRIZE: One prize will be awarded for each Drawing Period. Each Drawing Period prize winner will receive a three day/two night trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada consisting of: roundtrip coach class air transportation for the winner and one guest from a major commercial airport near the winner's residence to/from Las Vegas, Nevada (actual airport to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); two nights standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) at a Caesar's Entertainment hotel Property in Las Vegas (actual Caesar's Entertainment hotel Property for each trip to be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion); ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel in Las Vegas; two tickets to the High Roller Observation Wheel (type and duration of the ticket(s) are selected in Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to availability); and one complimentary buffet passes for the winner and one guest for each of the three days in Las Vegas. The total approximate retail value of each Drawing Period prize: $1,750.
