ELIGIBILITY: Open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, zip code, and telephone number, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

PRIZE(s): One entrant per Sweepstakes Period will be selected to receive free shipping and processing and one year of storage for cord blood from Cord Blood Registry.

The total value of the Prize is $1,685.00

The Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held within 3 days of the end of the weekly Sweepstakes Period. All decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will initially attempt to notify the Winner by telephone and/or email. The Winner will have 7 days from being notified to accept the Prize by email. The Winner may choose to forfeit the Prize.
