EXXON & MOBIL ALLEY-OOP SWEEPSTAKES

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his or her state, or territory of residence at time of entry: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be ten First Place Winners. Each First Place Winner will receive: two tickets to a 2018 regular season NBA G League basketball game taking place at a venue nearest the First Place Winner's residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with an approximate retail value of between $50 and $80; and one $250 pre-paid gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the gift-card), with an ARV of $250, collectively. The total ARV for each First Place Prize is between $300 and $330. for each First Place Winner depending on the game venue. TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE.

SECOND PLACE PRIZES: There will be two-hundred Second Place Prizes awarded as follows:

One-hundred water bottles, with an ARV of $6.69 each.

Fifty basketball hoops, with an ARV of $5,95 each, and

Fifty car shades, with an ARV of $12.95 each,
