ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons, who are, as of date of entry, eighteen years of age or older (or who have reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence, whichever is older), and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C.

GRAND PRIZE: A five day / four night trip for Winner and up to three guests (individually, "Guest," the Guests and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the "Group") to Orlando, Florida to visit Walt Disney World® Resort near City, consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four nights at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; [2] four 5-Day Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; [3] one Disney Gift Card with a value of five hundred dollars ($500) for Winner, subject to restrictions; [4] One Disney Character Dining experience for four persons, subject to availability. A Disney Gift Card will be provided to cover the expense of this experience, subject to restrictions; [5] if Winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty miles from City, round-trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for the Group on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner's residence and Orlando International Airport; but if Winner's residence is located two hundred fifty miles or less from City, then air transportation or any other form of transportation will not be provided to the Group, and [6] round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney's Magical Express coach service when air transportation is provided. If the Prize is awarded to a nonresident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $538.34, which will be withheld to defray payment of California nonresident withholding tax payable as a result of winning the Prize.
