ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL USA RESIDENT RESIDING IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, IDAHO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NORTH CAROLINA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, SOUTH CAROLINA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, WISCONSIN or WYOMING THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 IN NEBRASKA) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY to enter and be eligible to win. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal USA residency if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award.
GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a $500.00 Culver's Gift Card.
Daily Prizes: Ninety-five Daily Prizes will be awarded (five [5] per Day for each Day of the Sweepstakes Period), each consisting of a coupon good for one free Value Basket. ARV: $7.50 each.
