ELIGIBILITY: Open ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two, winner and one guest, to attend the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood that will take place on or about March 1, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner's primary residence, fares at time of travel and land accommodations. If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of the following:

Round trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence to Los Angeles (or ground transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles).

Double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two nights/three days (selection of hotel is at the Sponsor's sole discretion).

Ground transportation to/from airport while in Los Angeles.

Makeover (for Grand Prize winner only) to include styling, hair and makeup.

Two tickets to attend the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Event (selection of seats is at the Sponsor's sole discretion)

Dinner for two at a LA hot spot valued up to $250.00 (selection of restaurant is at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any amount above $250.00 will be the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.).

Grand Prize winner and guest will also be chauffeured in a 2018 Ford Expedition while in LA to attend Event. The ride in the 2018 Ford Expedition will include up to eight hours service (and will be based on availability). The chauffer will return the Grand Prize winner and guest back to the hotel after such time has expired. The 2018 Ford Expedition will not be awarded to the winner. If the 2018 Ford Expedition is not available, ground transportation to/from Event will be provided.

Session for Grand Prize winner with a notable acting coach, as determined by the Sponsor.

The approximate travel dates are anticipated as February 28, 2018 through March 2, 2018 but are subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,995.00.
