ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Missouri and Illinois who are 21 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive: A Godfather Room Experience:

includes dinner for eight total guests at a Bella Milano location of your choice.  A preset menu will be available with standard menu choices.  Any upgrade options including premium beverages will be at the expense of the winner and/or his or her guests.  Prize does not include gratuity.

VIP Dinner Tickets: includes four tickets to one VIP Dinner at your local Bella Milano location.  Events and details will vary and are subject to change.  Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternate events.Your Birthday Party at Bella Milano: includes a $300 credit to be applied toward one event in a private room at any Bella Milano location for you and your guests.  Entire $300 credit must be used in one visit.  Additional charges above the $300 credit will be the full responsibility of the winner and/or his or her guests.  Prize does not include gratuity.

Family Feast Meal for a Year: includes twelve certificates good for a Family Feast Meal to be redeemed at any Bella Milano location.  Upgrades including but not limited to desserts and wine are the responsibility of the winner.  Limit one certificate redeemed per month.    

Martini Monday Party: includes 2 martini's per guest plus $5 appetizers for up to ten total guests at a Bella Milano location of the winner's choice. Other upgrades are the responsibility of the winners and/or his or her guests. 

Lunch for a Year: includes twelve certificates good for one lunch entree to be redeemed at any Bella Milano location.  Limit one certificate redeemed per visit or table.
