ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen years of age (or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at time of entry and have internet access/valid e-mail address as of February 25, 2018

Grand Prize #1 (1 winner): Winner will receive movie credit with Atom Tickets through 2045 (awarded as a lump sum credit good for one [1] $14 ticket per month for twenty-seven [27] years). Tickets are subject to the Atom Tickets Terms of Use, which are available at https://www.atomtickets.com/tos For the avoidance of doubt, although the winner will receive the Atom Tickets credit at no cost as the prize, the provisions in the Atom Tickets Purchase Terms (available at https://www.atomtickets.com/purchase-terms ) and Gift Card Terms & Conditions (available at https://www.atomtickets.com/company-pages/gift-card-terms) shall govern to the extent applicable. In addition, Winner will receive funds to assist with paying taxes which would be approximately 40% of the actual cost of the First Prize not to exceed $1,814.00. This amount will be calculated by Administrator; but, Administrator and Sponsor make no representation or warranty of any kind that the funds so provided will satisfy all taxes incurred by Winner due to receipt and acceptance of the prize. ARV of Grand Prize #1: $6,350.00.

Grand Prize #2 (1 winner): An individual Spotify®* Premium subscription, awarded as twenty-seven one year subscription codes that can be used through 2045. Subscription allows for user to stream music, videos and podcasts without advertising. The Spotify premium subscription is subject to the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, which are available at https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/end-user-agreement. Among other topics, the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use address procedures for cancellation of subscription; the subscription term; the subscribers' usage rights in and to Spotify USA Inc.'s content and the Spotify service. For the avoidance of doubt, although the winner will receive the Spotify Premium subscription at no cost as the prize, the provisions in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use regarding "Paid Subscriptions" shall govern to the extent applicable. In addition, Winner will receive funds to assist with paying taxes which would be approximately 40% of the actual cost of the First Prize not to exceed $1,295.00. This amount will be calculated by Administrator; but, Administrator and Sponsor make no representation or warranty of any kind that the funds so provided will satisfy all taxes incurred by Winner due to receipt and acceptance of the prize. ARV of Grand Prize #2: $4531.76.

Grand Prize #3 (1 winner): Winner will receive Lyft rides through 2045 (awarded as $300 per month in Lyft credits for twenty-seven [27] years). Rides are subject to the Lyft Terms of Service, which are available at https://www.lyft.com/terms. For the avoidance of doubt, although the winner will receive the Lyft rides at no cost as the prize, the provisions in the Lyft Terms of Service regarding "Credits and Ride Discounts" shall govern to the extent applicable. In addition, Winner will receive funds to assist with paying taxes which would be approximately 40% of the actual cost of the Prize not to exceed $38,880.00. This amount will be calculated by Administrator; but, Administrator and Sponsor make no representation or warranty of any kind that the funds so provided will satisfy all taxes incurred by Winner due to receipt and acceptance of the prize. ARV of Grand Prize #3: $136,080.
