ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

THIRTY WINNERS: Each Prize Winner will receive one pair of Clarks® Trigenic shoes in the style and size of Prize Winner's choice (excluding all Trigenic Evo and Trigenic Flex styles), subject to availability. Upon being confirmed as a Prize Winner, Prize Winner will be provided with a Prize Form and required to timely submit the Prize Form to Sponsor in order to receive his/her Prize. Approximate retail value of each Prize: one hundred fifty dollars ($150)

Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded: four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).
