ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the fifty United States and theDistrict of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico, who at the time of entry: (a) are at least eighteen years old; and (b) have online access. Misrepresentation of age, upon discovery by Sponsor, will disqualify the applicable entrant. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW (certain jurisdictions may impose additional eligibility restrictions).

GRAND PRIZE: One winner will receive a trip for two to see Bonnaroo in Manchester, TN to see Paramore, consisting of: if the winner's residence is more than two hundred miles outside of the city of Manchester, TN, then the prize will include round-trip economy airfare for the winner and his/her guest, leaving together from the same gateway from a U.S. airport within fifty miles of winner's home to an airport within fifty miles of Manchester, TN; if the winner's residence is less than two hundred miles outside of the city of Manchester, TN, the Flight will not form part of the prize and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the winner and the guest between the winner's residence and Manchester, TN (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value for Items or : $2,000); two general admission tickets to the entire Bonnaroo festival with a side of stage viewing experience (Approximate Retail Value: $649); one two hundred dollar ($200) voucher for a shopping spree on Paramore's official webstore (Approximate Retail Value: $200); and a Camping Package, including one souvenir Bonnaroo-branded tent for two people, two individual air mattresses, two sleeping bags, one lantern, one lock, and one Le Bon tents vehicle hangtag (Approximate Retail Value: $500) (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $3,349).
