Eligibility and Prize Information

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the states of Illinois, Wisconsin or Indiana who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry; provided that the following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive two 200 level tickets to a Chicago Blackhawks home game played at the United Center during the 2018-19 season, an opportunity to visit the radio broadcast booth with one guest during the game and listen to the broadcast for one period, and an autographed team signed hockey stick. The date of the game and the location of the seats shall be determined by the Chicago Blackhawks in its sole discretion.

The ARV of the prize is $1,000.
