ELIGIBILITY: Open to all persons residing in all provinces and territories of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the first day of the Contest Period. Natural Factors Nutritional Products Ltd., the independent judging organization appointed by the Sponsor and each of their respective affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are collectively referred to herein as the "Contest Entities".

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following components:

Four gift certificates to a business that offers services consistent with those of a relaxation spa, such as massage. Each individual Gift Certificate will hold a value of two-hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($250.00 CAD). One Gift Certificate is intended to be used by the Grand Prize Winner. The three remaining Gift Certificates are to be used by separate and distinct individuals who are known to the Grand Prize Winner. All Prize Guests must have all reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the beginning of the Contest Period.

Four gift vouchers to be redeemed at a retail store in exchange for the following Natural Factors CurcuminRich products:



i. Muscle Recovery & Growth Optimizer Powder

ii. Cardio Optimizer

iii. Joint Optimizer

iv. CurcuminRich

Each individual Gift Voucher will hold a maximum value of one-hundred and onedollars and eighty-eight cents in Canadian dollars ($101.88 CAD). One Gift Voucher is intended for the Grand Prize Winner. The three remaining Gift Vouchers are intended for the three Prize Guests.

b. Each of the six Honorary Prizes will consist of one Gift Voucher to be redeemed at a retail store in exchange for the following Natural Factors CurcuminRich products:

i. Muscle Recovery & Growth Optimizer Powder

ii. Cardio Optimizer

iii. Joint Optimizer

iv. CurcuminRich

Each individual Gift Voucher will hold a maximum value of one-hundred and onedollars and eighty-eight cents in Canadian dollars ($101.88 CAD).
