ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who at time of entry are at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive one box of USANA HealthPak™ which contains 56 Packets (336 Tablets). Each Prize has an Approximate Retail Value of $144.05. Total ARV of all Prizes is $43,215. L
