ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.

GRAND PRIZE: One prospective Grand Prize Winner will receive the following :

• one home located in Atlanta, Georgia (the "HGTV® Smart Home 2024") that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value : $795,825)
• a Mercedes Benz® 2023 EQE® SUV350 or an alternative Mercedes Benz® vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner's choice, not to exceed an ARV of $81,250 and subject to availability and MBUSA's approval of selected model, and one electric vehicle charger from MBUSA with an ARV of $945 (ARV: $82,195)
• One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. Actual value of HGTV® Smart Home 2024 depends on market fluctuations.

Approximate Retail Value of total Grand Prize: $1,028,020.

In lieu of taking title to the HGTV® Smart Home 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV® Smart Home 2024), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $550,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Vehicle Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV® Smart Home 2024 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $782,195 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Smart Home 2024.
