Invisalign® · Smile Crew Contest

ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is offered only to legal residents of the fifty U.S. States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least thirteen years old and are currently receiving or previously completed Invisalign treatment at the time of entry. No one can enter who is twelve years old or younger. Anyone who is a minor in his/her state of residence must have his or her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter.

GRAND PRIZES: 30 winners will each receive a $100 pre-paid gift card.
