ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding the province of Quebec. Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. You must be at least eighteen years of age at time of entry, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

GRAND PRIZE: The Sweepstakes Winner shall work with Sponsor and an artist selected by Sponsor to create a custom designed Miller® machine, the same machine selected in his or her Entry, which the Sweepstakes Winner will receive after the machine is completed. ARV of each potential prize: Multimatic™ 215 with TIG kit—$2,293; Maxstar® 161 ST—$2,189; Dynasty 280 DX Multiprocess—$9,683; Bobcat™ 250 EFI (Kohler)—$5,005; and Spectrum® 625 X-TREME™—$2,380.

ARV of machine design and customization: $5,000.

Maximum ARV of all Prizes: $14,683.
