ELIGIBILITY: Residents of the State of Maine are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia (includes Puerto Rico; excludes Maine), who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry.

TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY WINNERS: The prizes include:

• Twenty Tito's ROVR Coolers (Approximate Retail Value per cooler: $300)
• drawing. Total ARV of all coolers $6,000
• Sixty Tito's Backpack Chair (ARV per chair: $90) Total ARV of all chairs $5,400
• Two Hundred Tito's Pool Float + Towel (ARV per float+ towel: $70). ARV of all float+towel $14,000

The total ARV of all Promotion Prizes is $25,400.

The Administrator will conduct two randomized drawings on or about July 5, 2022 and September 8, 2022, from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period as of each such date, to select a total of One Hundred and Forty Promotion Prize winners on each such date.
