ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.")who are 21 years of age or older,working in the Health Care Industry at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner and 100 First Prize winners will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. The one Grand Prize winner will be awarded a four day/three night trip for winner and one travel companion to London, England. Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one guest from the major airport nearest to the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to London, England; one double-occupancy deluxe room for three nights' accommodations in London; ground transportation between airport and hotel in London; London Pass Tour (including admission into Florence Nightingale Museum.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,750, based on inclusion of air transportation; actual value may vary based on point of origination and airfare fluctuations).

Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize are the winner's responsibility; winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and must depart from and return to the same airport.

ONE HUNDRED WINNERS: Each of the 100 First Prize winners will be awarded one Jockey® Scrubs top and one pair of Jockey® Scrubs pants from Sponsor's current inventory, plus shipping to a valid domestic USA mailing address. Style, color and sizes of top and pant will be chosen by Sponsor. ARV of each First Prize: $80. The total ARV of all available prizes in this Sweepstakes is $13,000.

DRAWING: Winners will be determined in random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about May 16, 2018 by Sponsor or Sponsor's agent. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail on or about May 16, 2018.Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and validation by Sponsor or its agent
