ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state or territory of residence at time of entry. Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the aforementioned age in their province of residence at time of entry are also eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and, as the case may be.

I will love to win i really think i deserve to win and need a makeover for the reason that I've been recovery now for 3 years from being hit by a car dying and God have saved me and gave me back my life I still can't do my hair as before i was injured my spirits are high im grateful and will continue this fogjt to come 100% for being paralyzed on the right side of my body and neuropathy on the left im pleased God have blessed me yet im still having a hard time doing my hair. It is an inspiring , empowering read as to HOW tapping into the strength of God assisted me in not fainting while entrusted as a divorce-parent with the rearing of a lovely daughter Princess Sarah Rashwan, for 22.5 years!
Princess Sarah is presently an adult 27 years beautiful requiring lifetime professional caregivers in light of her Special Needs. As her Mother and Primary Caregiver for 22.5 years; I surely would love more SHINE!
