ELIGIBILITY: Open to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all USA Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) and who are at least eighteen years of age as of the date of entry.
