Delilah's Barry Manilow Mother's Day Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years of age or older as of the date of entry. If you are not a legal resident of the United States or you are not the required age as of the date of entry, you are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or to win a prize. It is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not meet the age requirement as of the date of entry to be allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and in no situation shall anyone under the age of thirteen be permitted to enter any sweepstakes at any time, under any circumstances. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One Winner will receive a three day/two night trip for Winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a Barry Manilow concert at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in 2023. The Trip includes:

• One airline credit for up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) to be used for the Attendees towards round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion)
• Two nights standard hotel accommodations at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only)
• Two tickets for the Attendees to the Event on May 25-27, June 8-10, June 15-17, July 13-15, July 20-22, September 14-16, October 12-14, October 19-21, November 9-11, November 16-18, November 30-December 2, or December 7-9, 2023 (seating as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion)
• The opportunity for a meet and greet for the Attendees with Barry Manilow (Friday Event dates only)
• A one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) dinner credit at Edge Steakhouse
• A two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) spa credit at Serenity Spa

The total ARV of all prize(s) is $2,500.00. Prize(s) provided by Prize Provider.

On or about one weekday after the Sweepstakes End Date, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Entry Period.
