ELIGIBILITY: Open only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are legal residents of the State of the continental United States and District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and USA territories) who are at least eighteen years old and the age or majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, must be a licensed driver, and must possess proof of auto insurance. The Sweepstakes is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize winner, subject to verification, will each receive a prize, which consists solely of: one Audi A5 Cabriolet 2.0T Quattro S tronic Premium Plus in Florett Silver metallic with black roof, black interior, and navigation package. (Other features as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.) Sponsor will deliver the car to a location of the winner's choice within the continental United States. Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration and insurance. Winner may not request modifications or substitutions to the prize.

Prize also includes ONE 24-Month subscription to the SiriusXM All Access package (ARV: $503.76 plus $96.24 in fees).

FIFTY WINNERS: Fifty first prize winners, subject to verification, will each receive a prize, which consists solely of: one $50 LoungeBuddy single-use lounge pass.

The approximate retail value of the first prize is $57,555 USD; the ARV of the lounge pass is $50; and the aggregate value of all prizes is $60,055.

On or before September 17, 2018, Sponsor or its designated representative (whose decisions regarding the random drawing will be final) will randomly select fifty-one potential winners from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor through all methods of entry. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes.
