ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least thirteen years old and are legal residents of one of the fifty States of the United States (including District of Columbia) except that the Promotion is void and not available to residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: ONE GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting only of: a GoPro Hero, and a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests which includes only the following:

ROUNDTRIP AIR TRANSPORTATION: roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to 3 guests from a United States gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tampa, Florida.

RENTAL CAR: SUV class rental car for five days with car pick up and return at Tampa International Airport and from such company as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion.

HOTEL: Four nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at TradeWinds Island Resorts located on St. Pete Beach.

ACTIVITY: Four passes to "Swim with the Fishes" at TradeWinds Island Resorts.

Certificates will be valid for twelve months from the end of the Promotion (June 30, 2019) and may include traditional blackout periods. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. Minimum age to book accommodations is 21. Minimum age to book car rental is 20.

THREE WINNERS: THREE FIRST PRIZES are available and consist only of: one certificate redeemable for one Dippin' Dots home delivery shipment, consisting of one 30- serving kit which shall include one bulk bag (approx. 1 gallon) of Dippin' Dots product which shall be mailed to address provided by Winner in his/her Entry, said certificate expiring August 31, 2019; and free ground shipping of home delivery shipment redeemed pursuant to certificate. Potential winners shall be contacted and confirmed in accordance with the Prize Selection Process and shall obtain certificate from Sponsor via electronic mail which must be redeemed online at a website provided by Sponsor on or by the expiration date. Total First Prize ARV: $180.00
