Disney Channel · Nintendo Switch Family Showdown Contest

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 USA or D.C. between the ages of six and eighteen (inclusive), or the parent/legal guardian/grandparent of an eligible child. Minors must get parent's permission to enter. Winners must travel with their family (up to 4 family members) to the tournament from 8/3/18-8/5/18. Tournament takes place on 8/4/18.

GRAND PRIZE(s): Up to fourGrand Prizes ("Contest Grand Prize(s)") will be awarded. Contest Grand Prize includes a three day / two night trip for a Contest Grand Prize Winner and three guests (individually, "Guest," the Guests and Contest Grand Prize Winner shall collectively be referred to as the "Group") to the Los Angeles, CA area, on Sponsor-selected dates to compete in the Nintendo Switch Family Showdown currently scheduled to to take place on August 4th, 2018. .NO PERSON YOUNGER THAN 6 YEARS OLD IS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT. Contest Grand Prize is awarded to the Contest Grand Prize Winner who must bring the Participants who appeared in the Video as the Guests. If one or more of the Participants cannot attend the Event, a Contest Grand Prize Winner must substitute another eligible Guest (so that the total number of Nintendo Switch Family Showdown participants is four ) who must complete Winner Documents and if not a Minor, undergo a background check prior to being included in the Trip. If a Contest Grand Prize Winner cannot substitute one or more Participants, the Contest Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified, and the Contest Grand Prize Winner will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest scored Entry (time permitting). Contest Grand Prize consists of the following elements for the Group: [1]the chance to compete in the Nintendo Switch Family Showdown ; [2] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two nights; [3]a meet and greet with the Nintendo Switch Squad (comprised of Disney talent chosen by Sponsor); [4 ]an appearance in a TV spot to be aired on Disney Channel, DisneyNOW, and Sponsor and Nintendo-selected websites and/or Sponsor and Nintendo social media pages.
