ELIGIBILITY: Open to permanent legal USA residents who reside within KETK NBC and KFXK FOX51's viewing area and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and own a single-family residence located within the Station's viewing area. Current or former

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one winner in this Contest. On Friday, July 27, 2018 at 8:00 AM (CST), and winner will be announced on KETK NBC during the Monday, July 30, 2018 broadcast of East Texas Live, the best photo entry from all eligible entries, as selected by the judges using the criteria above, will be determined the winner and notified that they won by phone or e-mail and posted on the entry form. The winner will receive:

One Traeger Pro Series 34 Wood Pellet 49 in. H Grill Bronze 36 000 BTU (Model No. TFB88PZB) (approximate retail value $899.99)),

Landscaping/Plants, subject to on site availability (up to an ARV of $5,000),

New Sod, up to 6,300 square feet (up to an ARV of $6,000),

Four Lawn Shrub-Pest Control Treatments (ARV $400),

Four Weed Control Treatments (ARV $720),

Ten LED Lights, installed (ARV $4,000),
