So disappointed and upset with your Taylor swift concert ticket contest. My daughter Carlie Skribka won the tickets for August 4-2018. Everything was verified Flew in from Thunder Bay Was told via email to go to the box office gate 9 before 4:00 p.m. today So we went at 10:00 when they opened. No tickets there yet. We’re toldd to come back in a couple hours We go back at 1:00. Again no tickets Go back at 3:00. No tickets Guess what we got them at 5:00 The costs incurred for eight Uber rides to the roger centre and back to the hotel was not appreciated nor was the stress of feeling the tickets were not real I do not understand how you could be so cruel and insensitive Why would the tickets not be released until 5:00 p.m. the day (August 4) of the concert Why would we be sent an email with instructions that were wrong I believe people should be aware of how you run contests You made this a very stressful trip You had us incur additional expenses for no reason Good job Never again
