ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of date of entry with a valid driver's license.

GRAND PRIZE: A 2020 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Fastback with Performance Package (maximum MSRP $40,000). If final vehicle is less than $40,000, Winner will not receive the difference in cash. The color of vehicle awarded will be dependent on availability at the time of winner selection.

TOTAL ARV/MSRP OF PRIZE IS $40,000.

The drawing and prize winner determination will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, based on the sweepstakes schedule outlined above, by randomly pulling from all eligible entries (regardless of method of entry).

Odds of winning the prize in a sweepstakes drawing depends on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
