ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. No more than one entry per natural person/email address/phone number. Limit one prize per natural person/household. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the USA Virgin Islands, USA Military installations in foreign countries, all other USA territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one grand prize awarded at random, following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize will consist of a trip to the entrant's destination of choice and shall have a variable approximate retail value, but in no event to exceed a total value of five thousand dollars ($5,000). The components of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize are:

Round-trip standard economy airfare for two people to a major commercial airport in the area of the entrant's destination. Airfare may not exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000). The departing and returning flights will be based out of the major U.S. airport hub closest to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner's place of residence, or at the Sponsor's discretion.

Three nights' stay for two (double occupancy, standard room) in hotel to be chosen by Sponsor.

Round trip transportation to and from the airport in the entrant's destination and the hotel chosen by Sponsor.

A five hundred dollar ($500) VISA® gift card to use for activities in the winning destination.

ARV OF THE SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: Total ARV of the grand prize shall not exceed $5,000.
