ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required.

GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive thirteen thousand five hundred US dollars (US$13,500) toward college tuition. The Sponsor makes no promises or guarantees that the prize will be enough to cover a college tuition payment. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and use of the prize. The prize is awarded as is. No cash equivalent for the prize.

On or about November 19, 2018, Administrator will select one entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about November 19, 2018. Failure by potential winner to respond to the initial verification within three day of notification after three attempts will result in disqualification and Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. If any potential winner is a Canadian resident he/she will be required to answer a time limited skill testing question without assistance, in order to be eligible to receive the prize.
