ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: A prize for six to the Austin City Limits Music Festival October 5-7, 2018 in Austin, Texas. Package includes four nights' accommodations in Zilker Lodge on October 4-8, 2018; six 3-Day VIP tickets to the Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 5-7, 2018; Austin City Limits Music Festival sponsor prize package, not to exceed $500 in value, from the following companies: Chipotle, HEB, Topo Chico, High Brew Coffee, MillerCoors, Tito's Handmade Vodka, (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a check for $2,090.00 to be used toward payment on the taxes associated with Grand Prize receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: The $2,090.00 may not cover the total amount of taxes the Grand Prize winner may have to pay. Winner must travel October 4-8, 2018 or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

Approximate Retail Value : $10,450.00.

Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around August 31, 2018.
