ELIGIBILITY: Open only to college students who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older, and who are current full-time undergraduate or graduate students at an American college or university. Students must reside in the following 37 states where Wolf Scooter dealerships are present: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY.
