ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal USA residents residing in the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence as of May 1, 2018.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator's confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 3 day / 2 night trip for two people to Atlanta, GA. The Grand Prize package includes: (a) two roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the Winner's primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); (b) standard hotel accommodations for two nights in the Location (room and tax only), lunch or dinner with Shaquille O'Neal, a $500 gift card, and (e) a Shaquille O'Neal jersey.

The Approximate Retail Value of the total Prize package is $3,700, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 10, 2018. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
