ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older at time of entry).

GRAND PRIZE: One Winner will receive a check in the amount of $5,000 from Sponsor.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner who will be required to complete tax information to claim their prize and receive a Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of $5,000.
