ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of forty-nine states of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all USA territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older as of October 1, 2018 with access to the internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent Prize Award Period.

GRAND PRIZE: One winner will be selected. Winner will receive a trip for 2 to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the 2019 Billabong Pipe Masters event in Oahu, Hawaii where Winner and one guest will have VIP access to event (includes 2 roundtrip coach airline tickets and 3 nights hotel accommodations at Turtle Bay), Billabong prize pack and $400 spending cash.
