ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of (and who are physically present in) the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Trip will include the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner's residence to the New York airport of Sponsor's choice ; (b) roundtrip ground transportation between the Airport and Sponsor selected hotel, Paramount Hotel ; One double occupancy standard accommodations at the Hotel for Winner and Guest for two nights; Five Hundred Dollars ($500 US) spending money to be awarded to the Winner only; (e) six tickets to three New York Comedy Festival shows. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, obtaining a passport or other documents necessary for travel, additional ground transportation, additional meals not served at Hotel, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice so as to allow for arrival prior to the Events. Dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsors reserve the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken during the Travel Dates. Sponsor are not responsible for any travel-related delays or cancellations.
