The Chanel 10K Shopping Spree Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to listeners of the Participating Radio One® Stations listed below who (a) are legal residents of the United States, (b) reside in the metropolitan area of one of the Participating Stations, and are twenty-one years of age or older. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, are excluded from participating in this promotion.

GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (winner and one guest) that includes:

Coach class airline or train tickets for two to New York, NY (from a major airport or train station located within the continental United States closest to the winner's residence);

Shopping spree at The Chanel store in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars

($10,000); and Hotel accommodations for two for one night (one standard double occupancy room), to be selected in Promotion Partner's sole discretion;

Round trip ground transportation between the hotel and store;

The Approximate Retail Value of the prize package is Thirteen Thousand

Dollars ($13,000). If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

Trip must be completed within thirty days of receiving the winning notification.

The winner and the record label will select a mutually agreed upon date for execution of travel for the prize trip.

Departure dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

Winner will be accompanied by a representative of 300 Entertainment for the

duration of the shopping spree.
