Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to those participants who are: legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years old.
GRAND PRIZE: One winner will receive a cash prize for their creation awarded as a $10,000 lump sum payment and $1,000 a year for the next 10 years.
