ELIGIBILITY: Open to any United States citizen that is a resident of the United States (and its territories) who, as of January 29, 2019, is at least eighteen years of age and lives in either the VCF or ASF market area and has not won a prize from VCF or ASF in the last twelve calendar months.

GRAND PRIZE: Prize value is $1000 to up to $5000 based on whether the Winner has saved any items in his or her online shopping cart on either Website or has made a purchase at VCF or ASF during the entry period. If the selected Winner has nothing in his or her online shopping cart or has not made a qualifying purchase from VCF or ASF during the Entry Period, that Winner will receive a $1000 VCF or ASF gift card. Winner's zip code will determine whether Winner receives a VCF or ASF gift card. Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. But if the Winner has "saved" items in his or her shopping cart or has made a qualifying purchase at VCF or ASF during the Entry Period (as demonstrated by proper proof of purchase according to the Sponsor's records) that Winner will receive either: the items in his or her shopping cart that total $5000, or up to $5000 cash depending on the value of the Winner's confirmed ASF or VCF purchase during the Entry Period.
