Tootsie Roll · 6th Annual Halloween Photo Contest

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen years old at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One winning entrant will receive a year's worth of Tootsie Roll candy.

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via the application(s) the giveaway was presented through. The potential winner must respond within fourteen days after the date where contact was attempted. Prizes will not be redrawn.

The Sponsor will select a winner(s) at random from all eligible entries received.
