ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of forty-nine states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all USA territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of December 3, 2018, with access to the Internet at all times during the Promotion Period (defined below) and subsequent Prize Award Period (defined below).

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize shall consist of a two night trip to Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and one guest. The trip includes:

Roundtrip coach air travel for two on the airline of the NBCU's choice from a major airport near Winner's home and in the NBCU's sole discretion to a major airport in Los Angeles;

One standard, double occupancy hotel room accommodations at a hotel in Los Angeles for two nights - all details and timing determined by the NBCU in its sole discretion;

Two bleacher seats for The Golden Globes Red Carpet Arrivals at The Beverly Hilton Hotel prior to the Golden Globes show including ground transportation to and from The Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 6, 2019;Two invitations to NBC's Golden Globe Awards Viewing Party and NBC's Golden Globe Awards After Party on January 6, 2019;

$500 in cash for spending money and miscellaneous travel expenses.

NBCU will also provide winner a single cash payment of $796, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment").

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is four-thousand dollars ($4,000 USD). The actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on the number of travelers, point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation.
