ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of California who reside within a seventy-five mile radius of STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, CA, and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

TWO WINNERS: Each Winner will receive the following prize package (each a "Prize," and collectively, the "Prizes"): Two tickets for use by Winner and one Guest to attend the LA Kings v. Las Vegas Golden Knights game on December 29, 2018, taking place at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, CA (exact location of tickets to be determined by Sponsor in its sole determination); Two tickets for use by Winner and one Guest to attend the LA Kings Holiday Ice Event, taking place at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles, CA; one night stay (standard/double occupancy accommodation) at the JW Marriott Hotel, located at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles, CA, on the night of December 29, 2018 (Winners will be responsible for all incidentals); and Two General Admission tickets for use by Winner and one Guest to attend OUE Skyspace LA (tickets include Skyslide Ride) in downtown Los Angeles, CA. Further restrictions may apply. Winners and Guests may be required to execute any documentation required by OUE Skyspace.
